Canada Day. There’s an app for that

I hope you have a happy Canada Day and in case you aren’t sure what to do I have the answer, especially if you plan to spend the day in the Nation’s Capital.

Canada Day in the Capital for Android, Blackberry and iOS devices is loaded with everything you could ever want to know about the celebrations in Ottawa on July 1st. There are listings by activity, artists and location..there’s even a map to help you find your way around.

The latest information is available on dedicated Facebook and Twitter feeds. If you are not in Ottawa there are listings of activities in all provincial and territorial capitals as well as broadcast listings if you want to follow the celebrations on TV.

Canada Day in the Capital is free from the Android Market, the Apple App Store and for Blackberry here. There’s also a dedicated website
