Dell is actually listening
As most of you know I was invited to a Dell Customer Advisory Panel..There are about 20 of us here spending the day in a Toronto hotel meeting room talking about all things Dell. We are mixed group of people representing a broad cross section of consumers..genuinely interesting people.
The Dell folks here are getting an earful and they “are” listening..hot subjects were customer service and product quality..we got to see a couple of interesting new products as well.
All in all it has been an interesting and productive day..I learned more about Dell and the company learned a lot about Canadian consumer needs. I will file a more complete report next week with answers to questions you forwarded to me. Watch for it.
