Google Nexus 7..available July 23

A little over a week ago on June 27th Google launched the Google Nexus 7 tablet and starting taking pre-orders on the Google Play store. The only indication of a delivery date was the same “…shipping in 2 or 3 weeks..” that remains on Google Play even now. Staples/Bureau en Gros however let the cat out of the bag today.

According to the page posted today on Staple’s website The Google Nexus 7 is available for pre-order as of now and will be available in stores on July 23rd. The price is $259 for the 16Gb version exactly the same price as on the Google Play Store. Here are the full specs as posted by Staples:
