Google+ Updates: Real-Time Search..Improved hashtags

The New search feature in Google+ is being rolled out gradually…when you search in Google+, you’ll see a message about new posts the instant they’re available. If you click on this message, or select “Most recent”, then relevant posts will start appearing in real-time. At the same time full hashtag support is being added, Google will now automatically link to search results when people use hashtags(#) in their posts. Google’s SVP of Engineering Vic Gundotra explains

I found the search especially worked really was fast and smooth. If you search on a busy topic such as Android it produces an almost continuous feed. All of this an effort to make Google+ more relevant in a very competitive space. Will they succeed..let me know what you think.
