Great deal on Samsung Galaxy Tab…only in US..only online

Best buy has put my absolute favourite tablet on sale for a limited time only..The Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 WiFi is available from Best Buy’s online store for a mere $349.

Now that is a deal for what I consider the tablet tat best meets all my needs for size and performance. Samsung’s Tablet Triad of 7, 8.9 and 10.1 could be porridge and Goldilocks would declare the 8.9 to be just right. This model isn’t even available in Canada yet so it looks like I will be asking my sister to order one for me.

The good news isn’t over yet..Best Buy is throwing in the $79 keyboard dock ..which means a total saving of $130. If you have been lusting after one for these perhaps it’s time you found a long lost relative or friend in the US who can order it for you. There is only one caveat..the warranty. Now most Best Buy products are sold in the US with and International warranty..but it wouldn’t hurt to make sure when ordering.

So, did it ever came to Canada (the 8.9′ Wifi only version) ? 8.9′ size seems to be the perfect balance between too small (7′) and just too big (10.1). The only version I could find here (in Canada) is the Tab 8.9 LTE (I already have a cellphone, I don’t need a wireless plan and they sell it at 450$-650$ without plan – that’s scam). If you have any intel, let me know !!!

      Thanks for the comment,

Sadly it seems the Rogers LTE version is the only one in Canada. For some reason they didn’t bring them to Canada. It also seems to be permanently out of stock at Best Buy US.
I have a Google Nexus 7..granted it is only 7″ I am quite enjoying it.
