I had lunch with President Clinton today

P1040911It was the highlight of my visit to Dell World in Austin, TX…I guess I should mention I was with nearly 6000 other people all Dell customers and partners enjoying the musings of the former President at the opening Keynote address. It was my first time listening to President Clinton live and I must tell you I was impressed…even with a full room of 6000 people he could make you feel like he was talking only to you.

Most of his talk was about philanthropy and how we can make the world a better place without depending on governments to do it for us. However since he was at a technology convention he couldn’t avoid talking about technology and the Internet and its impact on the word.

Keep your eye on this space for more from Dell World. Tomorrow I take an in depth look at Windows 8…come back to see if I have changed my mind about Microsoft’s new operating system.
