Kids going to kindergarten in September? There’s an app for that.

Kindergarten 21 in 1 pack for iPad is an ideal app for kids heading to kindergarten this fall..in fact they will get enjoyment out of it until about second grade. It groups games into seven sections that help develop a variety of skills.

Drag and Play requires the child have to sort animals, shapes, colors, fruits, and vehicles. At times seems a bit complicated for a 4 year old. Animal Kingdom is fun..tap an animal and hear its sound. Sketch is a drawing pad..not the best drawing app but fun..you can use includes drawings or create your own.

There are reading and writing games as well as a word learning game where the child chooses from Animals, Vegetables & Fruits, Shapes, Colors, Common Words, and Vehicles. Then drags the letters into the correct spot to spell the object in the picture.

Overall this is a fun collection of games that will amuse and educate a child heading to Kindergarten. $1.99 at the Apple App Store
