Productivity apps on sale at Mac App Store

Screen Shot 2013-01-25 at 12.01.32 AMIt is a rare chance to get solid deals on Productivity apps for your Mac. Yesterday, Apple launched a new three-week promotion on OS X productivity apps with 8 apps on sale.

The Get Stuff Done offer starts this week and features a handful of task managers. The three week sale will have a different theme each week. This week..until January 31… is “Prioritize” and features a bunch of apps that fit loosely nto the getting things done  category: They include $3 off the normally $10 to-do app Clear; half-off pricing on Things 22DoDueThe Hit List , Todo and Taskpaper; plus a discount of 40 percent off BreakTime.

Week two of the sale will feature a similar clutch of organizing apps, and the final week will spotlight savings on utility apps. The sale prices are generally only available on the Mac App Store, although individual developers may also offer the sale pricing on their websites. Some of the apps have iOS equivalents but they are not a part of this sale.
