Quickly jot down brainstorms. New note app from Squarespace

Squarespace NoteSquarespace Note is a minimalist iOS application that ensures no great idea will go missing. Writers, bloggers, anyone for that maatter can easily use the app to record inspiration and ideas as they happen.

You control everything with two swipes. When you launch Squarespace Notes a fresh canvas appears for you to jot down your latest brainstorm. A quick swipe and notes are automatically synced with e-mail, as well as a range of popular services including Squarespace, Evernote, Dropbox, Twitter, and more.

Another quick swipe lets you select the services you want to sync with…or select a default; you can also add other services quickly..a second email address, a blogging platform..pretty much anything that accepts input via email. I have tested it for a couple of days and find it works well for those quick ideas and reminders that need to be recorded during a typical day. It also scales properly to the bigger iPhone 5 screen.

This is the first mobile application in Squarespace’s history that is available freefor both subscribers and nonsubscribers of the Squarespace website creation services. It is available for ¬†from the App Store.
