Stylish lightweight bag to take your iPad/iPad 2 back to school

Full disclosure: I am a fan of Tom Bihn bags..they are top of the line as far as I am concerned and the Breve is no exception.

This cool looking bag serves one purpose.to carry your iPad/iPad 2 and nor much else. The Breve isn’t all that much larger than the iPad..but just enough to wrap your precious device in soft foam protection in a back zipper pocket. My iPad 2 in a Logitech Keyboard Case fits quite nicely.

The front of the Breve features two small zipper pockets that can hold a smartphone or perhaps an iPod. The larger pocket will accommodate your charger and cable. It comes with a 1″ removable shoulder strap is made of 1050d ballistic nylon and weighs practically nothing..285 grams (10oz) Perfect for carrying your iDevice or you can pop it in a backpack and not even notice it is there.

The Breve is $55 in Kiwi (like mine) Black or Steel at the TOM BIHN store. Sadly the $30 shipping charge bumps it up quite a bit. So why not select a second bag to spread the pain..perhaps one for your laptop. Or, take a look at my review of the Ristretto..a really cool messenger bag for iPad or Netbook..there is a slightly larger model for the MacBook Air..I take it with me whenever I go on assignment and it never fails to elicit lots of positive comments.
