Trade-in your BlackBerry

Struggling against tough competition from Apple iPhone and Android Smart phones Research in Motion (RIM) is fighting to keep its BlackBerry customers.

The BlackBerry Trade-Up program applies to a limited number of models: Pearl, Curve, Bold, Storm or Tour model device. 8700 and 8800 series devices also qualify. The returned phones must be in working condition and the rebate, up to $120 depends on model and condition of the traded in Blackberry.

The Trade-Up applies to the purchase of a selected number of models: the BlackBerry Torch 9700, the Style 9670, Bold (9700 and 9780), Curve (9300, 8520 and 8530) or Pearl 9100. If you plan to take advantage of this offer you have thirty days from the date of purchase to send the old device to RIM.
